Technical Support Reps

CrowdEngine is looking for a smart and tech-savvy individual who has IT support experience but who is also willing to learn and develop within this role. The role is varied with time spent processing and resolving customer facing issues for a crowdfunding software platform along with maintaining key IT tasks.  We are looking for varying degrees of experience form Level 1 Support Reps to Level 4 Support Engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Service desk ticket processing via email and over the phone.
* Web application support & problem solving
* User account management
* Monitoring and maintaining network related tasks
* Diagnosing software faults
* Supporting the roll-out of new applications;
* Establishing a good working relationship with customers
* Software /UnitTesting
* Meeting agreed service level targets (SLAs)

Skills / Experience:

* Good general education, minimum associates degree or equivalent preferred.
* Previous IT support desk experience desirable
* Previous Ruby/Rails experience preferred
* Strong technical knowledge
* Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
* Process driven with experience of standard operating procedures
* Focused on customer satisfaction
* Strong problem solving skills
* Excellent communication and written skills
